Ingredients

  • 300 g frozen strawberries
  • 60 ml white rum
  • 30 ml fresh lime juice approx. 1 lime
  • 15 ml sugar syrup or 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • A few ice cubes optional, for extra chill or texture
  • Fresh strawberries or lime wedges to garnish

Instructions

  • Add the frozen strawberries, rum, lime juice, and sugar syrup to a blender. A little citrus juicer like this one gets every last drop from your lime—no mess, no waste.
  • Blend until smooth and slushy. Add a few ice cubes if you want it thicker. I use a high-powered blender like this one...it makes quick work of frozen fruit and ice for that perfect daiquiri texture.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or lime to your liking.
  • Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish with a strawberry or lime wedge. Serve it in classic cocktail glasses like these for that proper bar feel...even if you’re in your garden!
  • Serve immediately while cold and icy.
